How we price:

This Is It Furniture sets the initial price with consignor's approval. We price right when it counts... the first time.

Markdown Schedule:

•After 30 days, 15% off initial selling price
•After 60 days, 40% off initial selling price
•After 90 days, 50% off initial selling price

Many of our customers like to play the markdown game. At its final markdown, merchandise will have gone through (3) markdowns to a total of 50% off the initial price. But only if the merchandise lasts that long. Will you play the game? Or will you see that special piece and buy it today before someone else does?

We accept cash, checks, credit cards (Amex, MC, Visa, and Discover). Financing is available. All invoices paid in full at time of sale. All sales are final. No returns, no exchanges, no cancellations, no refunds.

How to get your items home:
•You can take your item with you or pick it up within 5 days
•You'll need to bring help with you to load your merchandise. Please bring your own padding, packing materials, rope or tie-downs
•Insurance regulations prevent our staff from securing the load on your vehicle

You can hire a delivery service to act as your agent. If you can't find one, we can refer you to a trusted delivery service in the area. Merchandise needs to be picked up by your agent within 5 days. Please see hours of operation.
